What do I do about parents?

They all-ways shout at me all the time and one day they sat at the table and kept shouting at me and it went on for 2 hours so I cry ed and they said softy softy so I walked away and they said get here don't walk away from us. Then They pushed me to far and I sn-aped and they went mad at me then I went to hit them and they hit me. I said lets sit down and talk about it and they said threes nothing to talk about and if you don't like the way we are then tuff.How can I carry on ?
