In oklahoma is aritlle 894 valid? i got my first ticket & was wondering if it will go on my record?

i got pulled over for the first time & i was wondering if there was ne way it could not go on my record bec in some states article 894 states that if u request ariticle 894 that ur first ticket doest go on ur record is that true in oklahoma i need to no by the 16 of july thanks
