Why has my weight loss leveled after week 3+ of the Atkins Diet?

I was on the atkins diet as well. When I did what you were doing I stopped losing weight as well. Something in your body is holding back on the weight loss. Kick up your carb intake to around 60 to 75 max a day. Keep exercising and you will continue to lose weight.
