Tell me what you think of this tatoo?

So I've looked into getting a tatoo that starts at the ankle of my right leg and wraps up my leg once to my backside, over my back to my left shoulder. It would be a green chinese style dragon. How much would it cost and how long would it take to complete? Anyone know?
