Best laptop cooling system?

I've bought a dell inspiron and it has been crashing a lot lately with hte annoying nvlddmkm.sys error, and so i set a few games on the highest settings with an icepack under my laptop and it ran smoother and without crashes. So is there any cheap laptop cooling systems for my 15.4 inch laptop that will be as effective as the good ole icepack...
