What is the name of someone who supports a Dictatorship?

I've asked around and people tend to misunderstand my question, so I use Zimbabwe as an example. Mugabe is the Dictator, held in power with the help of his collaborators. Then there are people who are being oppressed. In that group you have the people who naturally are unhappy with being oppressed who are against the Dictatorship, and there is the group who believe it is a necessity and therefore support the Dictatorship. What do you call one of those people?
