Xbox 360 DLC problems.?

I'm having problems with the DLC of Bioshock 2. I've downloaded two things, A big sister helmet, and the Sinclair Tester pack, to be specific. It tells me that I have to restart the console, and I do so, yet the DLC's are still amiss. Anyone have an idea? Am I missing something?
