Do I have a case for libel/slander/defamation? PLEASE HELP!?.?

A business rival in my area recently purchased the domain names to my LLC before I was able to. He admitted to purchasing these names and refuses to release them. He has made multiple remarks threatening remarks about ruining my business. Now, when you go to the domain names, it takes you to images of extremely inappropriate . Do I have a case for anything here? I saved everything he has written to me over text/email.
