PLEASE ANSWER!!! straightener simliar to chi?

i use to have a pink chi but it got water damage. i am now using a very very old straightner from like 4 years ago, its a $14 conair from target -______- its been making my hair so rough and dry it really sucks... but i need a new straightener similar to the chi but i dont wanna spend alot of money on it so can you please tell me what kind of straightener are good for under $80 hopefully =)
