Help with a FF trade...?

I am thinking of offering Romo/Favre/Ray Rice for Warner/Leon Washington. I am 5-0 right now and starting to look at playoff matchups, which favor Warner in weeks 15 and 16. I also have Cutler to get through the regular season. Is this enough to give up or should I throw in Mike Sims-Walker on my end and Johnny Knox on his to balance it out?
