Is it hard to make friends in cles at college because people join frats and you get hazed?

I know some people that haven't made friends in cles....I know some that did but I hear from people that after one semester they stop talking to eachother..it seems people want to stick with their friends from hs or friends they been with since then....people already got that close friend so it's hardt o get that friend you can call allt he time.... and unelss if you live in a dorm ur freshmen year or join a frat it's going to hard....
