Have you ever worked with a New Age-oriented business consultant?

I worked with a business consultant who employed a lot of spiritual New Age ideas and terminology in our sessions. At first, I found it interesting, sometimes illuminating. However, the more we worked together, the more I misgivings I had. What has been your experience in working with New Agers and New Age ideas?
