Claustrophobia in planes : |?

Sounds like claustrophobia to me. Its hard to know for sure why these irrational fears suddenly start happening to people & it may just be something that pes. You could maybe try sitting beside a window so you can look out, instead of looking around you at the people. That may help. Also, take a paper bag with you onto the plane in case you do start to panic again. When you start feeling panicked again, take the paper bag out & 'cup' the opening of the bag around your mouth. Breathe deeply in & out of the bag for a few minutes til you stop panicking. If you're really worried about the next flight, i'd suggest seeing your doctor before you go.
